la Poblà de Segur to La Seu d'Urgell

Now to head east. The heat has returned. Back into my lightweight jersey.

Lunch of champions!

Found some more gravel

We stopped for coffee in Sort. Probably should have gone for something cold! We had a 20km climb out of town on a completely shade free road. We stopped several times to seek out shade and take a breather. The bluebird skies were lovely and was the scenery, which I had plenty of time to take in, as I dragged myself up the climb. 

We rolled into La Seu d'Urgill to find a contra-dance or something like it going on in the central square. We checked into a lovely old hotel just off the square and could hear the music from our balcony as we cleaned up and washed clothes. The ice cream was appreciated after such a warm day.
